Barney B. Shiotani (retired)

Barney B. Shiotani is the founder of S&I. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California ( J.D., 1968 ) and the University of Hawaii ( B.B.A., 1956 ).

He has been a member of the California Bar since 1969 and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
